Management Team

With over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Hans has built a diverse career as a founder, CEO, board member and chairman, and investor. He founded Merus Audio, a fabless semiconductor company specialized in ultra-efficient multi-level switching amplifiers, which he led through its acquisition by Infineon in 2018. Throughout his career, Hans has held key management and leadership positions at technology leaders, including Texas Instruments, Infineon, Toccata Technology, and Nokia. He holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA.
Hans Hasselby-Andersen
Yasser received the PhD degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark in 2018. Yasser was a Staff Engineer with Symmid Corporation, Staff Engineer with Altera', Research Engineer with Enpirion, and a Research assistant with Aswan Power Electronics Application Research Center.
Yasser Nour
Hoa received the PhD degree in Micro and Nanofabrication from the Technical University of Denmark in 2018. He has previously served as a visiting researcher at the Tyndall National Institute, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University.
Hoà Lê Thanh
Stefan has more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development across the semiconductor industry. He has held senior leadership roles at CrayoNano, Maxim Integrated, and SIE Group, and founded SAS International Consulting, a company focused on building inside sales and business development teams. In his last role at CrayoNano, he served as Global Sales Director and Head of Customer Service.
Stefan Stockbauer
Jeppe has more than 12 years of experience in HR departments in FMCG, Pharma and Insurance working with recruitment, talent management and leader coaching. He has also held a leadership role in Tryg IT driving leader- and employee development programs.

Arve Johan Andresen, M.Sc./MBA, has more than 30 years experience as a management consultant, corporate CEO and investor. He started his career at McKinsey & Co, followed by some years at Nestlé SA and later as CEO of Laerdal Medical AS, and finally 10 years as General Partner at Northzone Ventures. Since 2012 Arve has invested independently, among others as LP in Noon Ventures, and serves on the Board of a number of companies in addition to Lotus Microsystems.
Caspar is an entrepreneur and investor known for founding and leading Noon Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on supporting early-stage startups. With a strong background in business administration and a strategic mindset, Caspar has built a portfolio of successful companies across various industries. He is an active mentor and advisor in the startup community.
Dr. Lotfi has more than 30 years of experience in power electronics and semiconductors. In 2002, he founded the power semiconductor company Enpirion, which was acquired by Altera in 2013 and, more recently, Intel Corporation. His most recent position was Vice President and CTO of Power Management at Intel Corporation in San Jose, CA, and New Jersey. Today he operates as a professional board member and venture investor.
Amir has more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Previously he held management positions as Sr. Vice President at Sonion, Head of Global Product Management Connectivity & Broadcast at Philips Electronics/NXP, Head of Global Marketing Connectivity Solutions at ST-Ericsson and Senior Director/Head of Sales and & Product Management of Mainstream Technology at GlobalFoundries. He currently serves as the CEO of Audiodo AB.
Mr. van der Weijden was Chief Marketing Officer of SiTel Semiconductor, which he co-founded in 1995. SiTelwas acquired in 2011 by Dialog Semiconductor and, more recently, by Renesas Electronics, where Mr. van der Weijden has served as a business unit vice president for the past 10 years.

Jesper holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration and is a CFA charterholder. He is currently in his second tenure as a venture capital investor, with a primary focus on Deeptech and IoT, where he also serves on several boards.
Earlier in his career, Jesper gained operational experience when he participated in a sponsored management buyout of a microacoustic and micromechanical technology company, which was subsequently acquired by Novo Holdings.
