What I enjoy most about working at Lotus Microsystems is the culture of collaboration and curiosity. There is a strong drive across the company to get to the bottom of challenges and solve them creatively together, without politics getting in the way. People genuinely support one another, from colleagues helping each other day to day to management, building an environment where everyone can thrive. It is empowering to know that innovation is encouraged rather than limited. Even after many years in the semiconductor industry, Lotus Microsystems still makes me look forward to each new workday.

I really like working at Lotus Microsystems, because it gives me challenging tasks and a chance to gain new skills while developing current ones. Lotus Microsystem challenges state of the art technology within IC manufacturing and power designs, which always creates complex tasks to solve. This is a huge motivational driver for me as it ensure my knowledge and skills are always up to date. If I ever need sparring, I have great co-workers with lots of experience that are very skilled. They are always open to help, and as a team, we help each other better. This creates an excellent work atmosphere, that I really enjoy.

What I really enjoy about this role is getting to work on real engineering tasks while still learning a lot along the way. The work is quite varied, from PCB design and documentation to lab testing and problem-solving, which keeps it interesting and helps me build useful skills. I also really like the team, because everyone is supportive and easy to work with. Being in an international environment and using English daily is another big plus. Overall, it’s a great mix of learning and real experience, and it helps me grow both technically and professionally.
